Return Policy

We want you to adore your IVA pieces. If you decide your order is not suitable,
you can receive store credit, once we receive your return, you will be given store
credit for the value of your original order.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since recieving your IVA peices, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit. All sale item’s cannot be returned.

For hygienic purposes the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn with tag’s and the hygiene liner. If these requirements are not met, the return will be rejected and returned back. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility for all shipping cost also. Please email us at ivaswiminfo@gmail.com with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber within 14 days and the reason for return. Please allow 5 business days for us to process your request.
